Spark Education Group is looking for a Sales Representative to support our first Bay Area offline learning center. Our technology offerings have already helped to spark a love of learning for children in over 650,000 families across the world. We're excited to now offer our same high-quality online curriculum in our offline courses in-person.


As a Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in our growth by reaching out to leads and persuading them to sign up for trial lessons. Your success will be measured by the completion rates of these trial classes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has a knack for sales, and believes in the power of education to transform lives.


Responsibilities:

-Contact leads through phone calls to introduce our tutoring services and encourage them to sign up for trial lessons.

-Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, and address any concerns they may have.

-Effectively communicate the benefits of our tutoring program and how it can help students succeed in math.

-Follow up with leads via email or phone to nurture relationships and encourage trial class attendance.

-Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and trial class completion rates.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.


Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education industry

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- Bilingual Mandarin speakers preferred


This is a medium-sized project that requires a commitment of 1 to 3 months with the opportunity to extend. We are looking for someone with an intermediate level of expertise in sales and a passion for education.
