Job Summary:
The Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist will oversee and manage various aspects of inventory control and warehouse operations. The selected candidate will serve as a liaison between management and the warehouse operations. This position will be based in Vernon, CA but will require travel to our headquarters in Irvine, CA at least one day a week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide pertinent information to facilitate cross-functional communication among Eggs Unlimited departments.
- Standardize and report key metrics around inventory process.
- Work cross-departmentally to troubleshoot issues with inventory variances, deficiencies, and other issues.
- Partner across the organization to achieve successful outcomes for Eggs Unlimited while influencing changes in behaviors or processes when necessary.
- Special projects and assignments as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in food supply chain, specifically strong in inventory management.
- Familiarity with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Ability to readily understand the dynamics of an organization and adapt appropriately.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
- Excellent organizational skills. Comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced abilities in Excel.
- Valid California Driver License required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

- Base Pay: $65,000 to $80,000 annually.
