We are currently seeking a diligent Paralegal/Legal Assistant with experience in Bankruptcy. Our office is fortunately growing, increasing clientele and are in need of an energetic legal team member . _ Duties & Responsibilities:_
1) Prepare Bankruptcy petitions
2) Prepare motions, letters and affidavits.
3) Meet and follow up with clients, trustees and court.
4) Other duties as assigned by attorney.
_ Job Requirements:_
*** Bilingual candidates proficient in Spanish and English written and spoken**
*** Must be able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment**
*** Possess a sense of urgency and a meticulous attention to detail**
*Ability to maintain positive internal working relationships with office staff and clients
*Outstanding and polished client communication skills and display of confidence with exceptional organizational skills
