iRayUSA is seeking a skilled and dynamic Digital Media Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in Lewisville, Texas, which involves working remotely to independently accomplish objectives while also meeting in person for collaborative projects. As a Digital Media Designer at iRayUSA, you will play a pivotal role in creating digital advertising campaigns, building engaging content, driving brand awareness, and managing digital assets. In addition to having a passion for graphic design, digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities, the ideal candidate will have experience in the shooting/hunting/outdoor industry and a passion for technology products. If you are not comfortable with firearms and hunting, you will not enjoy this role. The Digital Media Designer will join a small marketing team (mostly training field marketing staff) and report to the Director of Marketing.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage, catalog, and organize an inventory of digital assets to easily repurpose for future use.
- Build compelling HTML emails focusing on new products, technologies, and sales promotions. (Side hosted images for single file html)
- Design signage and event graphics
- Design digital banner ads for products and programs
- Design web and social graphics for product launches and sales campaigns
- Design Print advertisements for industry publications (B2B and B2C)
- Assist in the design of an annual product catalog
- Assist is the design of user manuals and printed product packaging assets.
- Other design and marketing projects as needed and able
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of xhtml and html5, in the context of creating email blasts, banner ads, and in-page content.
- A background in graphic design for web and print
- Proficiency in Adobe creative suite, especially Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Animate, and InDesign
- Knowledge in the hunting/shooting industry is preferred.
- Experience with Google workspace (gmail, docs, sheets, slides)
- Photo and video experience is a plus.
- We are primarily a windows pc environment.
- Experience with inDesign data merge preferred.
- Video editing and motion graphic experience is advantageous, but not a primary part of this role.
