JOB TITLE: Senior Executive Assistant
REPORTS TO: C-level executive(s)

OVERVIEW
The Senior Executive Assistant serves as a source of empowerment to C-level leadership at Summer Fridays, performing diverse duties that require a high level of initiative, discipline, sound decision-making, discretion, and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver and multi-tasker with exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and the highest level of professionalism even under pressure. They thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and take on tasks with energy and enthusiasm.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide daily support to C-level executive(s), including, but not limited to the following:
- Actively manage calendars, scheduling meetings and engagements to ensure efficient use of time and prioritization of tasks
- Manage all business travel, coordinating travel plans and logistics (domestic and international)
- Manage expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Take detailed notes and proactively follow up on action items in key meetings
- Assist with email management, monitoring, sorting, screening, and flagging messages and acting as gatekeeper for requests and solicitations
- Ensure all contacts and files are kept updated and accurate
- Provide support on all administrative tasks initiating, maintaining, and updating projects as required/requested
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency optimization within the executive's workflow
- Take initiative to anticipate needs and proactively address them
- Manage highly sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Special projects and tasks as necessary
REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS degree or Associates Degree
- 5+ years C-level executive assistant experience
- High degree of propriety and professionalism
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Solid knowledge of MS suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Must be based in Los Angeles; requires 2-3 days minimum per week in office
