Our client is searching for an Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of their Human Resources Operations and Payroll Administration team! As an Administrative Assistant, you'll support various vital functions of HR, with an emphasis in onboarding and payroll processing for this company's diverse team of onsite and field employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing integral support to the Payroll team, assisting in the seamless onboarding process for new employees by setting up direct deposits and accounts.
  • Coding timecard invoices and managing corrections swiftly and accurately.
  • Updating HRIS databases with employee changes, from contact information to direct deposit details, ensuring records are always up-to-date.
  • Conducting thorough audits of timecard entries and generating essential payroll reports to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Taking charge of new employee paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance through filing and auditing.

Qualifications:

  • 6 months - 2 years previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Experience working in fast paced environments.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the sense to act with urgency when required.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and situations.
