Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring a full time Ecommerce Coordinator for activewear apparel which is produced in Los Angeles and sold exclusively direct to consumers. You must have apparel experience and be creative. You will be working with a highly experienced and awesome team in a fast paced environment who will challenge and inspire you to be your best.
- Reports to the owner & CEO as well as the Sr. Ecommerce Manager.
- Some website management - this includes product uploads on website; images, product descriptions, plus any other necessary website preparation for launches. Update and refresh store between drops.
- Publish content uploads on Shopify and mobile App.
- Collaborate with CEO, Sr. Ecommerce Manager, and Graphic Designer to enhance content and user experience to drive brand and revenue growth.
- Select external facing content for the website, mobile app, emails, ads, and social posts.
- Create presentations, decks, or mockups for image selection for weekly site updates.
- Support the email and ad marketing teams with image selection and creation of assets
- Assist the Sr. Ecommerce manager with weekly site preparation from drops.
- QA the website between drops and execute necessary content changes when needed.
Ideal candidate
This role requires both a creative and technical skillset. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the brand s vision and be able to make image selections, some minor graphic design experience for resizing/optimizing images, and a strong understanding of Shopify. Copywriting is a plus! This position is for someone with a sharp eye for detail and great organizational skills. The qualified candidate must be able to multitask, stay organized, be adaptable, and possess a sense of urgency in an ever changing industry. The success of this position will rely on your eagerness to learn, attention to detail, accountability, reliability, positive attitude, and willingness to take initiative. The ideal candidate must have a can do attitude, be highly motivated, be able to see the big picture, and possess a high level of critical thinking skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree preferred
- 3+ years of Shopify experience is a MUST.
- 2+ years of Klaviyo experience or other CRM platform
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Creative and eye for detail is a must
- Extremely high organization
- Sense of urgency and ability to react quickly and pivot in fast paced environment
- Optimistic, reliable, positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Works well independently and collaboratively with small proactive teams
- Thinks critically and takes initiative

Desired Skills
- Copywriting
