Overview

The Digital Media Coordinator will be responsible for the Company's internal and external communications including marketing communications through creating, curating, and managing social media and digital content and campaigns across several media channels to increase engagement, build brand awareness, and drive traffic to the company s website.


Responsibilities

  • Create, curate, and manage social media and digital content and campaigns (including graphics, images, videos, and written content) across various social media channels to increase engagement, build brand awareness and drive traffic to the company's website.
  • Monitor trends and best practices in social media tools, channels, design, and strategy.
  • Respond and engage with comments and messages on social media channels and review sites in a timely manner, as well as monitor public conversations.
  • Generate unique copy published across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and the Bank s websites.
  • Maintain social publishing best practices, including up-to -date, emerging social media trends and the types of content desired on each platform.
  • Analyze optimal days/times for publishing.
  • Work with brand partners directly to select media and craft effective messaging that is true to Bank s ethos and voice.
  • Manage and maintain a social media calendar and reporting dashboard, providing regular reports on engagement and other key performance indicators.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree required with a major in Advertising, Commerce, Marketing or Business related.
  • 3-5 years demonstrated social media or marketing communications experience, including writing, editing and publishing content for specific audiences.
  • Proven design, photo retouching, video editing and production and infographics creation, along with other graphic design elements.
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365 suite, including PowerPoint.
  • Ability to create graphics for social posts using Photoshop, Illustrator and other design software.
  • Ability to create quick turnaround videos using Aftereffects, Adobe Premiere Pro and other software.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of managing organic and paid campaigns.
  • Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc. Understanding of setting, tracking, analyzing and reporting social media KPIs.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
