We are currently seeking a skilled mid-level Electronic Assembler to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electronic components and assembly techniques, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in electronic assembly or a related field.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Experience with soldering.
- Familiarity with a variety of electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, diodes, and transistors.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble electronic components and parts according to specifications and blueprints.
- Inspect and test assembled products for quality and functionality.
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify process improvements and optimize assembly procedures.
- Fabricate or modify parts using machine shop equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure production goals are met.
