Procurement Assistant


Job Details

Our client, a large well-established company is looking to hire a Procurement Assistant to start right away. This position will be hybrid and based out of the Orlando office.

Responsibilities:


  • Process purchase requests ensuring compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with and support stakeholders and suppliers to understand their procurement needs
  • Evaluate supplier performance and maintain supplier relationships, addressing issues such as quality control, delivery delays, and pricing discrepancies.
  • Create and present reports


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain
  • 1-2+ years of experience
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Interpersonal skills/team player
