Role Description
This is a full-time, hands on and on-site role based in Cornelius, NC for a Commercial Construction Superintendent. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, organizing, and supervising the construction process. They will collaborate with subcontractors, and the Construction Manager to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule. The right individual will have the opportunity to become a Progect Manager immediately, as we have several open positions: Superintendent, Project Manager, Estimator and skilled labor.
Qualifications
Willing to travel 2-4 overnights to projects within 5 hrs of Cornelius.

- xperience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Hands on construction skills required to build.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Management or a related field (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
