JOOLA creates a variety of equipment, apparel, and accessories for both table tennis and pickleball players, professional and recreational. We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Marketing Research Analyst to lead our market research efforts. The Senior Marketing Research Analyst will be responsible for designing and executing research studies, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to support strategic marketing decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantitative and qualitative research methods, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.


Responsibilities:


  • Design research studies to address key business questions and objectives, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Work with Business intelligence team to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights to develop action items in partnership with the marketing department.
  • Analyze research data using statistical techniques, data visualization tools, and qualitative analysis methods.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and insights from data to inform marketing strategy and decision-making.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Conduct detailed analyses and produce reports and presentations summarizing the findings of the analyses.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, sales, and other departments to integrate research insights into strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Support additional market research that would provide insight to JOOLA s new opportunities in the market.
  • Additional tasks as assigned.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, market research, statistics, business, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing research or related roles, with a proven track record of leading research projects from conception to completion.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer products (sporting goods highly preferred)
  • Proficiency in quantitative research methods, statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
