**Pack Team Member**

Founded in 1996, Full Circle is a national leader in delivering local organic produce to members throughout the West Coast. We are passionate about great flavors and sustainable produced food. Full Circle works directly with farmers, ranchers, and artisan producers to bring the best of the season to our members. We offer subscriptions for home delivery of fresh, local organic produce and groceries. Orders are placed online, are fully customizable and include the option to add dozens of local produce and grocery items, such as organic milk, bread, artisan cheeses, meat and seafood.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are looking for a Pack Team Member that can pack produce into boxes according to sets of instructions for shipment to consumers. This is a full-time position located in Anchorage, AK.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Accurately completes all types of boxes and then cleans the packing area as needed.
* Examines quality condition of product for suitability for packing.
* Weighs, measures, or otherwise prepares product for packing.
* Palletizes finished product.
* Identifies appropriate products.
* Operates conveyor and scans boxes into system.
* Achieves understanding of and ensures compliance with the broad requirements of the Food
* Safety Program. (Applies to Food Safety Certified Sites)
* Demonstrates comprehension of food safety requirements for their person and their work area.

* Ability to get along and work effectively with others.
* Regular, predictable attendance is required.
* Fills each station with its assigned produce and or supplies.
* Applies appropriate labeling to boxes and product as needed.
* Properly equips their work area with all safety and/or materials.
* Folds boxes as needed.
* Fills cageswire bins with boxes as needed.
* Fills sample boxesowls as needed.
* Restack and reorganize boxes supplies when needed.
* Load compactors as needed.
* Other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands: Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
