We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager with a demonstrated expertise in serving high net worth individuals and their related entities. The Tax Manager will lead our efforts in providing strategic tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to our discerning clientele. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary tax advisor for high net worth individuals, families, and their associated businesses, providing proactive tax planning, compliance, and advisory service
- Develop and implement sophisticated tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities, maximize wealth preservation, and achieve clients' overall financial objectives.
- Prepare and review complex individual, trust, estate, and partnership tax returns, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct comprehensive tax analyses to identify opportunities for tax optimization, including income tax planning, estate and gift tax planning, charitable giving strategies, and multistate taxation considerations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification required.
- Minimum of [X years] of experience in public accounting, with a focus on serving high net worth individuals and their related entities.
- Extensive knowledge of complex tax issues relevant to high net worth clients, including individual taxation, estate and gift taxation, trust taxation, and tax implications of investment strategies.
