FrameTec is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Specialist/Millwright with experience in ensuring that plant machinery and plant facilities are in good repair.Experience in repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of machinery is key to this position. Who is the Facilities Maintenance Specialist/Millwright at FrameTec?
Under the direction of the Plant Operations Manager, the Facilities Maintenance Specialist/Millwright at FrameTec is responsible for ensuring the machinery used at our Camp Verde, AZ Operations facility (FrameTec Alpha) is maintained and operating safely and efficiently.
Core Responsibilities of the Facilities Maintenance Specialist/Millwright at FrameTec:
- Learn and become a specialist in machinery that is new and will change the industry.
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance procedures for all production machinery.
- Provide technical support and assistance to plant personnel, including training on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on woodworking machinery and equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments.
- Conduct thorough inspections of machinery to identify potential problems and recommend preventive measures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic issues with all production equipment.
- Repair or replace defective parts and components to restore equipment functionality.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe working environment for oneself and others.
- Ensure accurate completion of all paperwork related to machinery and plant maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned.
The FrameTec Facilities Maintenance Specialist/Millwright Should Have the Following:
- Technical Expertise - A strong working knowledge of machinery (electrical, mechanical or both) and plant maintenance.
- Strategic Thinking Will plan and coordinate preventative maintenance on all machinery. Ability to change course as need for resolution to machinery issues that occur.
- Proven experience with maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Confidence to perform maintenance work with minimal supervision, a self-starter.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Miscellaneous Requirements to be Part of the FrameTec Plant Operations Team:
- 5+ years of experience in plant Facilities Management or Millwright duties.
- Comfortable with change. FrameTec s facilities are the first of its kind, so the Facilities Maintenance Specialist/Millwright will need to be comfortable learning about new machinery.
- The ability to plan, project and prioritize in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Be highly motivated and be able to work both independently as well as be a collaborative team member.
- Meet the physical requirements of the position; lifting, bending, climbing, stretching.
