Position: Project Manager

Location: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, or Phoenix, AZ. (This onsite location requires attendance five days a week)

Employment Type: FTE

  • and implementing training processes for all technical personnel
  • and defining clear deliverables.


Roles and responsibilities for all staff members:

  • regular technical team meetings to help address any questions or challenges regarding upcoming projects.
  • and evaluating hardware and software technology options for each project
  • and maintaining all production technologies, helping to ensure proper maintenance and installation is achieved.
  • and training future employees to fulfil posted positions within the technical department.
  • analysis on reporting solutions
  • report rationalization based on the analysis.
  • & owned migration initiatives for client.
  • strong communication skills (verbal/written) will be essential to deliver the technical insights and interpret the data reports to the clients.
  • and experience in prototyping, designing, and requirement analysis & experience in data integration through extracting, transforming and loading (ETL) data from various sources.


Responsibilities:


  • clear understanding of the Project Management processes, strategies and methods
  • sense of personal accountability when it comes to both decision-making and supervising teams
  • training rising talent in the technology department
  • ability to be able to predict challenges and obstacles
  • managerial experience when it comes to both analytical thinking and problem-solving
  • time management and organizational skills
  • report rationalization & document solution(s) for standardization & optimization.
  • times act as a BA & understand business requirements working with end users to collate, refine and convert to business/technical specification documents.
  • in Development, testing and designing reports on available BI Tools (Qlik, PowerBI).
  • analysis on data and define Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • with Change Control Management Groups for the project related code migration, upgrades & enhancements.
  • Transparency on progress (JIRA) & Initiative on working methods.
  • to Collaborate with the wider team to share knowledge and improve quality of delivery (MS TEAMS)


Qualifications:

  • qualifications
  • Tech or Equivalent & Meaningful work experience in BI & DW domain.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Insurance Domain (P&C is preferred) Proficient in Data Visualization tools & good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle client discussions.
