- Update customer account to ensure an accurate record of products and services is captured
- Ensure that customer has a positive experience throughout the ongoing customer relationship
- Shadow Telecommunications Managers to gain leadership skills and develop a concrete understanding of the services and products we offer
- Communicate, engages, and provides the customer with education on products and services
- Displays active listening skills, perceive emotional awareness under challenging situations, and empathize with customers to enhance an overall positive experience
- Cover all contract details for new customers and problem-solve any questions that may arrive in a professional manner
