The Artisan will provide an exceptional experience by inspiring customers through co creation! You will act as a Golden Goose ambassador, engaging with customers, promoting products and storytelling.
Responsibilities:
- Will utilize artistic abilities to deliver an experience focused on customer satisfaction.
- Guarantee proper brand storytelling with customers by understanding the Golden Goose brand and values.
- Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customization options.
- Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high level of customized customer service.
- Co-create special and unique items
- Proactively stay informed and up-to-date on product information.
- Strictly follow Golden Goose procedures, policies and guidance for all activities, including co-creation.
- Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events, as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
- An artistic skillset
- Skillset needs to be elevated and demonstrate a level of craftsmanship
- Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
- Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player
- Other languages a plus
