Requirements

  • Ability to articulate risks in group settings and influence stakeholders to arrive at the best solution to resolve challenges.
  • Utilize the Project Portfolio Management tools for planning resources, project milestones, risks and financials.
  • Maintain the overall Project Plan ensuring that the plan appropriately reflects key interdependencies and external dependencies.
  • Manage critical path and high-risk activities, identifying potential threats and conflicts, and implementing mitigating actions.
  • Balances cost, time, and risk levels to deliver the business requirements within agreed resource and budget constraints.
  • Develop and implement change control processes, communication plans, test strategies, financial and benefits tracking processes for the program.


Qualifications

Basic

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the job description

Preferred

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel analysis and communication in MSWord and MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to be based out of our Chicago, IL office.
  • Legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of your time.
  • Superior performance in relevant undergraduate studies (e.g. Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, etc.)
  • 3+ years of prior corporate experience, ideally within professional services and exposure to supply chain, procurement, operations or strategy
