Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage client account documentation efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls professionally and promptly.
- Arrange and manage appointment schedules.
- Coordinate and ensure compliance adherence and submissions.
- Deliver outstanding service to clients.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Financial Services; background in Financial Services is required.
- Demonstrated experience in assisting with money movement transactions.
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in administrative office duties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations within Financial Services.
- Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm - 100% in office role.
