Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver expert-level training materials on various side hustle topics
- Provide personalized mentorship to individuals seeking guidance on starting or growing their side businesses
- Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess individuals' skills, interests, and goals
- Create and facilitate virtual workshops, webinars, and group coaching sessions
- Collaborate with the Fud team to identify and develop new training resources and programs
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in side hustle strategies
- Foster a positive and supportive community environment through active engagement and networking
Requirements
- Proven experience in successfully launching and growing side hustles
- Strong knowledge of various side hustle opportunities across a range of industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Passion for inspiring and motivating others
- Strong organization and time management abilities
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and virtual meeting software
