McDonald York, a Commercial General Contractor located in Raleigh, NC, is looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to join the Operations team as a Project Manager.
This position is responsible for completing assigned projects within a schedule and budget while achieving the goal of delivering a final product that meets or exceeds the client s expectations. A qualified candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This position requires the ability to maintain a strong sense of focus and confidence under tight deadlines and varying workloads. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to set and manage priorities are also requirements.
Qualifications include a Bachelor s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Construction Management. 5+ Years of experience in commercial construction required. Life Sciences experience is a plus.
