Looking for a high energy, sales oriented, and positive person to work for Canyon State Bus Sales. Canyon State Bus Sales is Arizona's only Bluebird Bus Dealer. Canyon State sells more school bus parts and service than any other dealer in the state. Drive profitability and growth promoting parts and service sales to bus fleets in Southern Arizona. Estimated total compensation $65-$85K. Company pick-up truck and expense account. Great benefits packages and 401K match.
Duties:
- Grow bus parts and service sales in Southern Arizona
- Call on school district and commercial bus fleet managers daily
- Communicates regularly sales management
Education and/or Experience:
- Parts and Service sales experience is a plus
- Bus dealership and/or bus fleet management experience is a plus
Language Skills:
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to speak and understand Spanish is a plus
Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Experienced with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

Salary: $50,000.00 per year plus commissioned a percentage of gross profit territory sales
