Here s a snapshot of what you ll do:
In this position you will wear many hats including shipping and sales.
- Oversee the daily shipping and receiving of product while working with others on the team
- Responsible for filling customer orders using a pick list and preparing orders for shipment. Obtains merchandise from bins or shelves and ensures the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.
- Sales outreach via call or email to prospective golf, tennis, resort and corporate clients.
- Enter sales order in Quickbooks.
- Maintain contacts and information within our CRM system.
- Receives, unpacks, inspects, and processes incoming shipments from factory.
- Prints shipping labels and postage for all outgoing shipments
- May verify stock availability and replenish as needed. Verifies and updates stock and shortage reports.
- restock shelves ( must be able to lift 35 lbs)
- general warehouse maintenance - breakdown boxes, order boxes/supplies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including superb e-mail and phone skills
- Team player
- Self-starter with go-getter attitude, competitive nature, and excellent work ethic who doesn t mind getting his/her hands dirty and is excited about working in a small company.
