SHIK Consulting Group is an outsourced marketing company founded and headquartered in the DMV. We amplify brands and user-interactions through captivating marketing. Over the years, our company has had the good fortune of working alongside some of the biggest companies in the world. We believe storytelling is what separates the professionals from the amateurs and we are looking for a event marketing specialist who shares the same mentality. Our Maryland team is looking for a specialist who would be tasked with working alongside our non-profit clients. This role entails running fundraising events while simultaneously managing a team of 5-10 people.
Responsibilities
Complete 2-4 weeks of paid training provided by the firm
Organize non-profit fundraising events on behalf of our clients
Execute successful charitable fundraising events
Progress into a leadership position within the company
Train and oversee a team of 5-10 team members
Manage client relations
Public Speaking
Social Media Content Creation
Orchestrate corporate networking events
Qualifications:
Marketing/Advertising/BA Degree
Excellent communication skills(written and verbal)
Leadership Experience in a professional environment
Professional experience working with NPOs
Experience working in Marketing/Advertising/Sales
Proficient with Microsoft Office
