Now we are currently seeking an experienced Generator Technician to join the team. We are looking for self-motivated individual that are able to work independently, be proactive and get the job done. Job Description:
Repair and service all makes and models of generator sets (example: Cummins, Kohler, Generac)
Inspect, repair, service and start-up load bank test requirements on equipment
Ability to work on Automatic Transfer switches and switchgear
Troubleshoot equipment and generator components including alternators, wiring harnesses, safety devices and battery systems.
Apply proper engine technical skills in inspection, failure analysis, assembly, diagnosis and operating performance tests.
Experience/Skills
-Commercial/Industrial Generator work
-Automotive
-fork lift mechanic
-engine mechanic
(Tech/Trade Schools or hands on experience preferred)
Strong written and verbal English skills
(work orders need to be filled out per Job)
Excellent customer service skills
(Customer Service is Key)
OEM training & certification
Expected to pass a Criminal background check/Drug Test
VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON

$35.00 an hour with experience
Full Benefits
