Addison Group Los Angeles, in partnership with our Los Angeles County client, seeks a Financial Analyst to join their team.
Job The hired Financial Analyst will analyze data to create financial performance summaries.
Job Site Status (onsite/hybrid/remote) Our client has a 100% remote job site status for this role.

Compensation/Benefits Salary range is $75,000-$83,000/year, depending on qualifications. Benefits include a 401K retirement plan, 401(k) matching, Medical/Dental/Vision Health Insurance, and PTO.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FINANCIAL ANALYST
Finance
- Track KPIs and preparing financial reports
- Assist with budgeting and monthly close processes
- Understand key business drivers
- Develop financial projections and building financial models relating to Incurred But Not Reporting (INBR) claims
- Perform research and analysis as required
- Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations
- Prepare routine and ad hoc financial packages and analyses to present to executives and investors
Accounting
- Review all monthly accounting closes and account reconciliations
Miscellaneous
- Accept any other ad hoc projects as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE FINANCIAL ANALYST
Required
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling
- Healthcare Industry Experience, specifically employed by a physician organization and/or health plan and/or hospital finance organization
- Accounting experience (especially with reconciliations and accounting closes)
