Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Luxury Residential/Commercial Sales Specialist at Beverly Hills Smart Homes. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying potential clients, presenting and selling residential and commercial properties, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer relationships. This role is located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in luxury real estate sales or commercial sales
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Valid real estate license is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
