Responsibilities:

  • Generate Sales Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the thriving energy efficiency sector through lead generation, networking, and market research.


  • Customer Consultation: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insulation needs for residential, commercial, and multifamily properties.


  • Proposal Development: Create and present customized insulation solutions to clients, addressing their specific requirements and budget considerations.


  • Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to secure contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.


  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, contractors, and other key stakeholders.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project implementation and delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or insulation industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of insulation and effectively communicate them to clients.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with residential, commercial, and multifamily construction processes is a plus.
