We seek an intermediate OR junior-level architect/designer to carry out our mission, focus on the home design and work on varies housing project across the country.
The ideal candidate needs to have strong interests in both technology and architecture. We are looking for people who are hard-working, good at self-learning, and love problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
client focused home design project,
Design and manage home project and BIM model
Research building details
Research building code
Drafting house design in BIM software
Implementing design into FRANK 3D Editor
. In-person position and HQ in Columbia Missouri
Requirements for the position:
Professional degree (B.Arch or M.Arch).
Minimum 2 -3 years of work experience.
Strong design background with good research and technical skills.
Excellent organizational, writing, and verbal communications skills.
Proficiency in Rhino; Experience using Archicad
Ability to work collaboratively in an intensive, open office environment.
Curiosity about construction and technology
. Enscape Rendering, and rendering skill
. Design skills and familiar with the housing design project
