A highly reputable, multinational law firm has partnered with The Ford Agency to find recruiting assistance for the summer associate program. The Legal Recruiting Assistant will play a vital role in providing administrative support for all in-person and online recruiting activities.
Responsibilities Include:
- Organizing logistics for hiring events and on-campus interviews
- Scheduling candidate interviews
- Monitoring recruiting email account and inquiries
- Maintaining database and updating candidate profiles as they progress
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Prior professional office experience
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
