We are seeking a customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Credit Union or Banking industry and possess excellent communication skills. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner. This position is fully onsite for the first 6 months then transitions to hybrid.
Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide information about our products and services
- Assist customers with account transactions and account maintenance
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet quality assurance standards
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
$16 - $25 an hour
