Personnel Logistics Coordinator


Job Details

Assist with screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings, reference checks and background checks as needed
Assist with the overall interview, selection, and onboarding processes
Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, HR events and maintaining agendas
Assist with physical logistics milestone tokens, NIS, GRA, immigration (employment visa, landing permits and work permits)
Coordinate travel logistics for business trips,including booking flights,hotels,and ground transportation.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related field
Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role,preferably within HR or a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of immigration processes and travel regulations
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
