Company Description: Duvall Events is a full service hospitality company specializing in catering. bar, floral and decor. Additional off-site contracts include catering and venue managements.

Position Description: The assistant Contract manager is responsible for managing the event space set-ups and breakdowns, ge set-up crew and setup efforts in all Trident Technical College Conference Service spaces, assisting the Contract Manager with overseeing and ensuring the smooth execution of catered events and other duties as needed.

  • attends and oversees scheduled events, assisting the contract manager when necessary.
  • manages and executes event spaces setups and breakdowns
  • works with contract manager and staffing team to schedule and guide set up teams.
