Kane Selection Ltd is delighted to recruit for a leading company specialising in advanced concrete technology and construction equipment. We seek a Regional Sales Manager to oversee and expand sales activities across the United States. This crucial role involves managing dealer networks, spearheading direct sales, and enhancing distributor and dealership engagement.


The Company:

The company is renowned for its extensive range of innovative construction equipment, including versatile mobile concrete batching plants in super and compact sizes. It also offers advanced mobile continuous concrete mixing plants and pugmills, designed with wheel and track mounting options to suit different site requirements. Their product lineup is further enhanced by various concrete mixers, including pan, planetary, and twin shaft designs, complemented by high-pressure concrete mixer washout systems. Additionally, the company provides tailored solutions with static and bespoke concrete batching plants and concrete reclaimers for efficient material management.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and develop the existing dealer network to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Engage directly in sales activities, particularly in areas without current representation.
  • Establish new dealerships and augment the company's market presence nationwide.
  • Collaborate with US-based technical support staff to improve support capabilities for dealers.
  • Develop and implement sales and technical training programmes with the company s HQ.
  • Analyse market data to shape strategies and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Represent the company at national and state trade associations and major trade exhibitions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to bolster digital and physical market presence.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in construction or mining equipment sales.
  • Robust background in managing dealer networks and direct sales to end-users.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the country.
  • Knowledge of environmental and material processing equipment sales is highly advantageous.
