**Customer Support Representative** Location **Tukwila, WA** Division **Customer Care** Requisition ID **1204** Zonar strives to provide customers with exceptional service through its software and hardware solutions, supported with our team of professionals to assist in technical questions, billing, and troubleshooting, through phone, email, and online chat. Customer Support Representatives are the face of Zonar and are what has always made Zonar stand out from our competitors. As a Customer Support Representative, you will bring your love of support and technology to help ensure our customers continued success.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

* Respond to internal & external customer requests via phone, email, or chat to provide excellent customer support on all Zonar hardware and services.

* Clarify customer needs and confirm understanding of requests or problems to help provide first contact resolutions

* Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to document and track customer contacts to ensure timely resolution and build successful long-term relationships with our growing customer base.

* Use internal ticketing system (JIRA) to report and track issues to development team.

* Recognize and escalate problems to leadership to proactively address and resolve issues.

* Validate and process qualified hardware returns.

* Be a subject matter expert in all things Zonar and cross collaborate with internal departments to provide one stop support to customer and internal employees.

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM**

* Excellent customer service skills and a solution oriented mindset

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to effectively self-manage daily workflow in an independent or group setting

* Open to learning new technology

* Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word & Outlook a plus

* Prior Customer Relationship Management software experience a plus

* Position offers day shifts, swing shift, and grave shift.
