Pastry Assistant

Alora Restaurant is looking for an AM pastry and bread assistant. Some kitchen experience required but we are willing to train the right candidate in breads and pastry. We are a coastal Mediterranean restaurant located along the water on the Embarcadero. We are looking for someone to assist in the production of three desserts and three sourdough breads. We make a sourdough pita bread, flatbread and focaccia. Opportunity to work with top notch equipment in a well run kitchen.
