Store Sales Director

Annual Compensation: $70,000 with monthly commission


This is NOT a remote position. Office location is in Ballston Quarter, VA.


Position Overview:

The Store Sales Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales operations within their store location. They are responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Store Sales Director plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and maintaining a competitive position in the market.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales managers and coordinators. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to maximize individual and team sales performance. Set sales targets for your team members and track their progress.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with Semper s goals and objectives.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely manner. Train and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ensure that the required safety procedures are being followed as defined by the Medical Director.
  • Packages and/or treatment areas and educating clients on Laser Hair Removal.
  • Provide team commitment through conflict resolution, support, relationship building, and recognizing individual contributions.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management.
  • Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling, office supplies inventory, and reporting.
  • Participate in company on-site events to market our services to the community.
  • Maintain the utmost cleanliness and soothing ambiance of the premises.
  • Work side-by-side with the Client Services, Sales and Operations to take smart risks and identify value adds for our guests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years experience as a sales manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
