The company is a large retailer with a large store count and innovative e-commerce platform, Company is at the top of the ranks in the Fortune 500 with annual revenues of more than $10 billion and growing!
This role manages preconstruction design and purchasing for site-specific new store and remodel development for $200+ million in capital expenditures. This key position leads consistent building/site design and entitlement approvals for fee-development, build-to-suit new stores, and remodel projects nationwide. This role provides design support during construction, including consultant coordination for timely RFI responses.
Company plans to add over 100 stores a year and grow to 3000 locations over the next several years. Great opportunity for career and leadership opportunities as well in the future.
