Job Details

CSP's Real Estate & Financial Services team has partnered with an esteemed banking institution on the hiring of a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of their branch, building relationships with current and new customers, and growing business/deposits and reach in the community.


Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years experience in a banking environment with prior management experience
  • Outgoing personality with a strong sense of community and focus on relationships internally and externally
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team of 5 in the achievement of branch sales, service, and operational objectives
  • Basic knowledge of Teller software, Microsoft 365 programs (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint), and other software applications used by the Bank.
