Role Description

This is a full-time Inside Sales Representative role located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area with flexibility for remote work. As an Inside Sales Representative at SPIbelt, you will be responsible for customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and providing excellent customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include prospecting and contacting potential customers, building relationships, understanding customer needs, and closing sales deals.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the retail or fitness industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
