Senior Employee Benefits Account Executive - Insurance - Bay Area, CA and/or Central Valley, CA

We are looking for an Employee Benefits Account Executive to join a phenomenal, fastest-growing insurance company located in the North Bay Area, CA. The Employee Benefits Account Executive is responsible for working collaboratively with the Account Manager, Sales, and Marketing teams to service and retain clients needs and new business opportunities.

What we need from you. . .
- Experience - 5-7+ years of Employee Benefits Account Manager experience
- Language - Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!!
- Knowledge - Strongly knowledgeable of group insurance terminology, concepts, and coverage (medical, dental, vision, and disability products)
- Tech-savvy - You are technologically savvy with Applied Epic, Benefit Point, Ease, Health Connect, and Microsoft Office Management Systems
- Comprehensive knowledge - You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Certified - You currently have a Life & Health/Accident License
Your Position -
- Attend and coordinate annual renewal and open enrollment meetings
- Provide client support by checking and distributing contracts with carriers and provide additional support to other accounts
- Develop professional business relationships with clients
- Conduct research on billing and invoicing issues
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations
