Support Center - IrvingWe are seeking a talented eCommerce Visual Merchandising Specialist with a passion for crafting and a keen eye for design to join our team. As an eCommerce Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in curating the online shopping experience for our customers by crafting visually appealing and engaging shopping experiences through our eCommerce platform.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to enhance the online shopping experience and drive sales.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and product management to understand business objectives and translate them into compelling visual stories.
Curate and maintain the homepage and landing pages, ensuring that product assortments are effectively showcased and aligned with promotional campaigns, seasonal trends, and consistently optimize based on trends and KPIs.
Utilize data analytics and customer insights to optimize merchandising strategies, including product placement, navigation flow, and content hierarchy.
Create visually stunning and cohesive layouts, incorporating imagery, typography, and interactive elements to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in eCommerce and visual merchandising to continuously innovate and improve the online shopping experience.
Conduct regular A/B testing and performance analysis to measure the effectiveness of merchandising efforts and identify areas for optimization.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visual assets, including banners, graphics, and promotional materials, to support merchandising initiatives.
Maintain brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all online touchpoints.
Provide guidance and support to other team members on visual merchandising best practices and techniques.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, merchandising, design, or related field.
3+ years experience in eCommerce visual merchandising, preferably within the B2C retail industry. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
Proficiency in web design tools and platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative mindset with a strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Passion for crafting and knowledge of the crafting industry is a plus.
Experience with eCommerce platforms such as ContentStack, SFCC/Demandware, or Magento, is preferred.
