Schedule: Full-time, MWF 8a - 12p, TTH 1p - 5p OR MW 8a 5p and Friday 8a - 12p
Pay: Salary $114k - $120k based on experience plus full benefits
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The NP/PA Provides medical care and treatment to patients in employer-sponsored onsite and/or near site clinic(s) under direction of the Physician. Duties to include but not limited to:
-Obtain patient histories and performs physical examinations and preventive health measures
-Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs
-Prescribes or recommends drugs or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, inhalation therapy, or related therapeutic procedures
-Makes appropriate referrals to Physicians as needed for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment
REQUIREMENTS:
-Active and unencumbered State of Alabama CRNP or PA-C license
-At least 5 years' experience preferably in Primary Care
-Comfortable caring for patient s age two yrs and above
