Market Manager

As the Market Manager for our light industrial staffing agency, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our local operations. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient delivery of staffing solutions to our clients while maintaining the highest level of service quality. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive growth, manage client relationships, and optimize operational processes.


Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the light industrial sector.
  • identify opportunities for business expansion and up selling staffing services to clients.
  • Address client concerns promptly and ensure their staffing needs are met effectively.

2. Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of staffing professionals, including recruiters and coordinators.
  • Provide guidance, support, and performance, feedback to team members.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

3. Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including employee scheduling, assignment distribution, and payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

4. Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions.

5.Quality Assurance:

  • Maintain high standards of service quality, including worker screening, on boarding, performance management.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess client satisfaction and worker performance.
  • Address any issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in staffing, with a focus on light industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and staffing software.
