Description

Job Summary:

Services and repairs a variety of office equipment at customer locations, usually within a specific geographic area.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Performs a full range of servicing and repair service procedures.
  • Manages territory, inventory and customer relationship.
  • Performs trouble shooting and repairs or replaces equipment components as necessary.
  • Completes technical training as assigned (in person and virtual).
  • Interacts with external customers for the purpose of determining service needs on equipment and ensuring overall high level of customer satisfaction with the service performed.
  • Has the ability to read and comprehend written technical information in the form of parts books, technical manuals and publications.
  • Maintains a professional relationship with all Woodhull, LLC staff
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software


Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • Requires basic technical knowledge (mechanics, electrical circuitry, electronics and computer literacy) typically gained through completion of two years of technical school.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of Service Technician work experience desired.
