Unit Summary:
The Mother-Infant Unit at Lowell GeneralHospitalconsistsof an interdisciplinary team of specialists who provide postpartum care and support to newparents.Thepostpartumunit welcomes an average of 2,300 newborns and their families annually. With 22 private rooms and accommodations for the mothers support person. The RN provides postpartum and post-operative care along with education on caring fornewborns.Cross-trainingwithin the MCH division is required.

Qualifications:
BSN strongly preferred, BLS required, NRP required
MCH experience: 2 years minimum, 5 years preferred
Ability to work every other weekend and every other Holiday
STABLE certification preferred
