We are currently working with a Day Nursery who are seeking a dedicated and experienced Room Leader to join the team in Brentwood within the toddler or preschool room. The nursery operates all year round, and this is a full-time position with a salary ranging from 24,000 to 26,000 per annum.
Requirements:
- You should have a minimum of Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- You must have previous experience of working in a nursery setting and leading a team.
- You should have a sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and be able to implement it effectively.
- You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
- You should have a passion for working with children and be dedicated to providing high-quality care and education.
- Have or be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS Check.
