About the Job
Team members are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through consistently providing friendly, responsive service, great food, and a clean restaurant environment for all guests.
Kitchen Team Members may work in a variety of stations including food prep, breading, fry station, grill station, dishes, packaging, trash removal etc.
Responsibilities
* Create a food safe environment by ensuring all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, and guidelines are followed
* Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards
* Put away food, boxes, product, produce, and supplies delivered from vendors to correct placement in the restaurant
* Maintaining a clean kitchen including all dishes and equipment
Minimum qualifications
* Must be able work on Saturdays
* Able to work at a quick, efficient and thorough pace in a kitchen
* Able to stand and/or walk during shift and move freely throughout the kitchen, restaurant, indoors and outdoors
* Able to work indoors and outdoors
* Able to reach, bend, stoop, lift and/or carry up to 75 pounds
* Able to go up and down from ladders
* Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
* Self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility
Preferred qualifications
* Prior experience in cooking, breading, frying, prep, and dishwashing a plus
* Demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety
