THE ROLE:
TSZ is looking for a creative, self-motivated candidate who is passionate about music and interested in the entertainment industry. This is an unpaid internship and academic credit is required in order to be considered for this opportunity. This intern will report to the Director of Marketing and engage with the overall marketing team, supporting music release campaigns and global marketing efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Shadow the Director of Marketing across various aspects of artist marketing campaigns
- Assist with researching and developing marketing campaigns for current and upcoming music releases
- Assist with tracking and reporting for marketing campaigns
- Stay on top of social and cultural trends, with a strong knowledge of best practices across social media platforms
- Build and maintain external industry relationships
- Contribute creative ideas, helping to generate campaigns, create engaging content, and research trends in alignment with our brands
- Assist managers with research involving various projects relating to clients
- Participate and contribute to marketing meetings and brainstorming sessions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate currently enrolled in a college or university and receiving academic credit for this internship
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills in order to handle varied personalities, sensitive and timely situations
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Instagram & TikTok savvy with an emphasis on the Gen Z voice
- Experience creating social media content for brands or for a professional originations
- Interest in the music and entertainment industry is a must
- Leadership experience on or off campus is a plus
